Ascend Transport
Ascend Transport provides transportation to its participants. We can assist with transportation to and from adult day care, dialysis, physical therapy, medical appointments, rehabilitation and more. We specialize in senior transportation, specifically those individuals with Alzheimer's and Dementia. We are contracted to transport Medicaid members.
